Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-6 yrs years of experience in the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, requirement understanding, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
  • Lead generation through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email marketing
  • Freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Cold calling (if required)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with technical and design teams for requirement clarity
  • Follow up with prospects and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
