Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-6 yrs years of experience in the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, requirement understanding, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Lead generation through:
- Email marketing
- Freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Cold calling (if required)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for requirement clarity
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
