Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and successful project delivery.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline efficiently.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of web development services, including websites, e-commerce platforms, custom software, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with web development technologies and trends (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in business development or sales in IT/web development services (preferred).
