Job Description: Business Development Executive (Mohali/Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and successful project delivery.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of web development services, including websites, e-commerce platforms, custom software, and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies and trends (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales in IT/web development services (preferred).
