Responsibilities

  • To seek new sales opportunities and coordinate new business requirements.
  • Build and maintain good business relationship with domestic and international customers and prospects for repeat business and referrals.
  • To service newly secured accounts before gradually taken over by Resource Unit Department.
  • Gather market information on company’s services and solutions and update competitor activities.
  • To perform customer visits regularly and update / evaluate customer needs and prospects and share with internal teams.
  • To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
