Job Summary

The Business Development Executive at Marvel Clean drives strategic growth across contract cleaning, facade cleaning, disinfection, pest control, and landscape maintenance services by acquiring new markets, building client relationships, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand Marvel Clean’s integrated service offerings
• Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client accounts and penetrate new markets
• Conduct site visits to assess and understand the needs of prospective and current clients
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, contracts, and renewal agreements to prospective clients
