Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to grow Natoma’s contract cleaning business in sectors such as healthcare, event support , contract cleaning, commercial offices, industrial parks, and condominiums .
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will identify prospects, meet decision-makers, understand site requirements, prepare quotations, close deals, and manage the handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, event support , contract cleaning, corporate offices, factories, warehouses, and residential properties
Conduct site visits to understand cleaning scope, manpower needs, equipment, and service frequency
Gather client requirements and work with operations to design the right cleaning solution
