* Drive sales of engineering products and tools as the top priority

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends

* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and deliver compelling

* Travel as needed to connect with potential clients and explore new markets

* Ensure timely reporting and achievement of business development targets


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech), Diploma, or MBA

* Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering is a must

* Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal

* Confident, self-motivated, and capable of managing pressure in customer-facing roles

* Willingness to travel as part of business development
