At REVLON , the global leader in cosmetic companies, we are seeking a Business Development Manager.



About the role:



Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted net sales and EBITDA targets.

Works closely with the existing distributors, understands marketplace in detail to maximize growth with opportunities for the Company brands.

Develops an annual Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.

Evaluates opportunities of new market openings.

Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts.

Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counter.



Requirements:



Business School graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in the B2B sales industry at an international level in distributor markets.
