Business Development Executive with Quantity Surveyor Base

Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate and property development. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, consultants, landowners, and contractors . Conduct market research and project feasibility studies to assess commercial viability. Prepare and present business proposals, project pitches, and commercial presentations . Support management in pricing strategies, negotiations, and deal closure . Assist in branding, marketing initiatives, and strategic growth plans.
