The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your mission is clear: generate new business, close deals, and earn strong commissions . This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident, and excited to work in a fast‑paced startup where individual performance makes a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and engaging potential clients through phone calls, personalised emails, video conferencing, trade shows, and other outbound channels
Running discovery calls, pitching solutions, and conducting product demos
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Working closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to drive growth
Sharing market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and product direction
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (B2B preferred)
Open to candidates from non‑sales backgrounds who are driven, coachable, and excited to break into sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Experience with cold calling and telemarketing is highly preferred
Self‑starter mindset, comfortable working independently without heavy supervision
Naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn and improve
A true hunter who can consistently generate pipeline through outbound efforts
Comfortable selling tech, SaaS, or AI solutions (or motivated to ramp up quickly)
