Business Development Executive – Workplace

  • Solution Proposal Support: Assist in preparing solution proposals, costings, and responses to tenders and RFPs in alignment with client needs.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and tailored to customer requirements.
  • Vendor and Partner Engagement: Engage with vendors and partners to gather product details, updates, and competitive pricing for solution design.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with prospective leads and maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Feedback Monitoring and Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to support planning and improvement of EUC offerings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of proposals, customer interactions, and sales support activities.
