Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development person is charged with expanding Intec’s Architecture/Engineering business by selling design assist/BIM/VDC services overseas.
Ideal candidate shall have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business in A/E industry with strong network in North America/Europe/UK/APAC with leading A/E design and Construction contracting firms.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.

Sell Intec core services of Architecture, Structure, MEPF design assist and BIM development services

Collaborate with members of the Intec technical team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions.

Work towards sales and revenue goals as established.

Minimum of 12-18 years of professional work experience in B2B sales in A/E industry or relevant industry.

Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.

Interest in working as part of a growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment.
