Communicate, liaise and drive service points-related projects, including operation excellence and marketing
Identify service-level gaps and improve user experience between sellers, service points and buyers
Monitor operation performance, collaborate with both internal and external teams (e.g. fleet, relationship managers, product management team) to ensure stable and excellent service delivery to service points
Assist in full project lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing and monitoring
Assist team members in other tasks assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
