Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply fair recruitment and sales practices in line with Singapore employment laws.
  • Support the team in identifying and developing new client leads.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, building confidence in your communication and persuasion skills.
  • Assist in client relationship management — from lead tracking to follow-up and meeting coordination.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to sales activities and team initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative or project tasks as assigned by the team lead.
