Job Responsibilities:
Learn and apply fair recruitment and sales practices in line with Singapore employment laws.Support the team in identifying and developing new client leads.Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, building confidence in your communication and persuasion skills.Assist in client relationship management — from lead tracking to follow-up and meeting coordination.Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and market dynamics.Contribute to sales activities and team initiatives that drive business growth.Undertake ad hoc administrative or project tasks as assigned by the team lead.Who We’re Looking For:
