Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to handover/close
  • Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic commercial discussions
  • Track activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B / tech / SaaS is a plus
