Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to handover/close
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic commercial discussions
- Track activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B / tech / SaaS is a plus
