Role Overview
As Business Development Lead, you will drive growth across the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong track record of delivering results. You will work closely with the founding team to shape commercial strategy and, over time, build out the sales function as the company scales.
