Develop client solutions and partnerships to grow and secure sales. Lead contract development, negotiation, proposal management, and deal closure Ensure smooth handover to operations and ongoing account development. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and strategies with management. Act as account lead to coordinate internal teams and meet customer expectations. Support accounts through issue resolution, reviews, and contract management. Maintain senior-level customer relationships to understand outsourcing strategies. Achieve sales targets across clinical packaging, IP logistics, comparator, and ancillary sourcing services.
