Responsibilities

  • Build strong understanding of assigned customers and market landscape.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Develop client solutions and partnerships to grow and secure sales.
  • Lead contract development, negotiation, proposal management, and deal closure
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and ongoing account development.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Review sales pipeline, forecasts, and strategies with management.
  • Act as account lead to coordinate internal teams and meet customer expectations.
  • Support accounts through issue resolution, reviews, and contract management.
  • Maintain senior-level customer relationships to understand outsourcing strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets across clinical packaging, IP logistics, comparator, and ancillary sourcing services.
