Business Development Lead

Job Purpose: The BD Specialist is responsible for supporting the business development activities and consultancy services for coal/non coal mining projects. This role involves assisting in pre-development activities, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective execution of consultancy assignments for both internal and external clients in the cement and power sectors. The Business Development In-charge works closely with the Business Development Head to identify new opportunities, maintain client relationships, and deliver high-quality consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
Actively gather market intelligence and explore new business opportunities in mining consultancy, exploration, and emerging areas
Identify and track active tenders, RFQs, and new projects relevant to MTCS’s services
Monitor competition and key market developments to support strategic decision-making
