  • Hunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore
  • Lead by Example: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise, 1 SME), driving performance through coaching and hands-on guidance
  • Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functions
  • Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience

Qualifications
