This role exists to create revenue where none exists .
You will work directly with the Founder to:
Open new markets
Win new staffing clients
Turn conversations into contracts and contracts into recurring revenue
This is a pure builder role for someone who enjoys the thrill of hunting, closing, and scaling .

What You’ll Own
1. New Client Acquisition (Pan-India)
Identify and open new staffing accounts across regions
Target mid-to-large enterprises, startups, and fast-scaling teams
Build pipeline from cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
2. Staffing Sales Closure
Pitch staffing and recruitment solutions
Close contracts across permanent hiring, contract staffing, and staff augmentation
Own pricing, commercials, and negotiation
3. Revenue & Growth
Drive monthly and quarterly billing targets
Build repeat business and multi-mandate accounts
Expand accounts across roles, teams, and locations
4. Founder-Aligned GTM Strategy
Co-create sales playbooks with the Founder
Test markets, industries, and pricing models
Share ground-level insights to shape strategy
5. Fulfilment Alignment
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure delivery
Set realistic expectations with clients
Ensure speed, quality, and client satisfaction
6. AI-First Sales Motion
Build AI-enabled prospecting and outreach workflows
Track pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics
Continuously improve win rates and cycle times
