Role : Business Development Manager
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities promoting Islamic banking products and driving revenue growth. The goal is to enhance product penetration and support ADIBs strategic cross-sell initiatives.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Work closely with Wholesale Banking Group and other stakeholders on new and existing corporate clients in portfolio under management and scope business potential.
  • Proactively arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to promote ADIBs Retail products and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities customer needs and market trends.
  • Track and manage the entire contract and agreement process ensuring timely conversion and fulfilment of client expectations.
