The Role

You will own new business development for Plastic Bank’s commercial solutions across enterprise and small-to-medium businesses. This role is built for sales professionals who are comfortable opening doors, leading consultative conversations, and closing complex deals in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and represent us with senior decision-makers.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate and close new B2B business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across enterprise and SMB accounts
  • Lead conversations with Director-, VP-, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Position the company as a commercial, value-driving solution
