Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong knowledge of the UAE market and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities, particularly within the public sector and government entities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the UAE, preferably in IT solutions, system integration, digital transformation, or related services. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across public and enterprise sector clients in the UAE. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in government and enterprise accounts.
