Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong knowledge of the UAE market and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities, particularly within the public sector and government entities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the UAE, preferably in IT solutions, system integration, digital transformation, or related services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across public and enterprise sector clients in the UAE.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in government and enterprise accounts.
