Essential Job Functions


  • Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through sales phone calls, appropriate social media, promotional flier distribution and cold calling.

  • Confirm appointments to introduce the company and the company's services to potential clients and build and maintain ongoing relationships.

  • - Supports existing clients, acting as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network, available for escalation when necessary.

  • Provides tracking information as requested by the client.

  • Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.

  • Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure that the client needs are met.

  • Facilitate the completion of RFQ's.

  • Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members.
