Accountability Objective:
To understand the strategic objectives of UK Nuclear customers. To develop and implement account plans in consultation with the Ops teams. Account Plans to include multi-year action plans, order intake revenue plans. The account plans will be centered around:
Understanding of the customer strategic drivers and opportunities that will emerge and ensure Kinectrics is prepared (1-3 year Horizon).Development of a zipper plan to ensure that major decision makers within the customer organization are aware of Kinectrics fit for chosen opportunities.Development of capture plans for the strategic opportunities, defining Kinectrics win themes, partnering arrangements and where appropriate new product development (NPD) and/or inclusion in the innovation roadmap process.Monitor day to day activities with the client and their supply chain processes and co-ordinate the ...
