The successful Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead Telcos payments – one of the fastest growing portfolio within bill payments. This portfolio will specifically include Mobile Prepaid Recharges and Postpaid bill payments.

The BDM at Amazon will have end to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of the categories. Amazon strives to present its customers with the widest selection of billers/product features/categories - the Business Development Manager role is to launch the relevant selection, manage telco partners including large public enterprises. The incumbent anticipates customer needs based on first hand data and also based on knowledge of competitive trends in the market-segment and other macro environment data. BDM also works with cross functional teams such as product manager(s), tech teams, marketing, finance, legal, operations etc to deliver 360 degree results for the business.
