The
Business Development Manager
role focuses on driving new business for Peak Outsourcing International by cultivating and closing new client accounts. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through various channels (lead generation, cold calling, digital) to building strong relationships with senior management, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that maximize profitability. Ideal candidates will have a background in
BPO sales
, a strong competitive spirit, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the self-motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
