Strategic Planning & Route-to-Market Enablement Build and align the 4P plan across direct and indirect retail channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency. Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market. Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Consumer products in the country. Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress.
