Client Acquisition & Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

Based inAdelaideand reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager, the Business Development Manager plays a keyrole within MEGT’s Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

In this role,you’llidentify and develop new host-employer partnerships, creating apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities across priority industries. By understanding business needs, you’ll help employers build their future workforce while supporting meaningful career pathways.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions, contribute to sustainable program growth, and make a genuine difference to apprentices, trainees and the organisations that support them.
