Business Development Manager – Civil Equipment

This is a growth role — not an account-holding exercise.

We sell and rent civil works equipment including drill rigs, vibrator hammers, impact hammers and associated tooling. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to generate leads, open new markets and help build a small sales team as the business grows.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating new business opportunities across civil, infrastructure and related sectors
  • Opening doors and qualifying work for Clay to quote
  • Growing existing customer relationships and identifying repeat opportunities
  • Developing new clients, new industries and new revenue streams
  • Helping shape and build a small sales team over time

What we’re looking for

  • Proven BDM or sales experience in civil, construction, piling, infrastructure or heavy equipment
  • Comfortable selling and hiring technical equipment into contractor environments
  • Commercially sharp, self-driven and confident working autonomously

What’s on offer

  • $100,000–$110,000 base salary
  • $20,000–non capped additional earning potential
