  • Our client is a well-established technology business at the intersection of HR, recruitment and onboarding workflows, with over two decades of market presence and a reputation for helping organisations modernise how they attract, assess and onboard talent.

    Having transitioned back into independent leadership from a period under a major enterprise technology group, the business is now entering a bold new growth chapter powered by strategic investment in AI-enhanced capabilities and expanded marketing resources.

    They have a long-term, deliberate focus on scaling both in Australia and Internationally.

    They are now seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a small but nimble team in a fully remote role based in Sydney or Melbourne.

    This is a genuine hunting role for someone who gets energized by building a pipeline from scratch, driving proactive outreach and closing mid-market deals from end to end.

    You'll be responsible for developing and executing outbound strategies into the largely untapped East Coast market, targeting organisations with 500-2,000 employees and average ARR deal sizes in the $30,000-$40,000 range.

    Unlike roles that rely on inbound enquiries, this position is built around outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation and closure, often engaging HR, IT and procurement stakeholders in a multi-touch sales cycle that can range from two to six months.

    This isn't a traditional account management role, it's for a true hunter with a proven track record of owning full sales cycles and consistently exceeding targets.

    The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in HR-tech sales, but exceptional performers with backgrounds in consultative recruiting or mid-market Saas selling are equally encouraged to apply.

    You'll work closely with the Sales Director and CEO, supported by two dedicated Customer Success Managers once deals are won, in a tight-knit team where your efforts will tangibly move the business forward.
