One of our client seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the automotive sector like Jetski, ATV, UTV, Spyder, Ryker,Β GTI, GTX, Spark. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and a passion for the automotive industry, with proven experience in driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

πΌ Role: Business Development Manager (Automotive)
- Analyze and evaluate existing commercial strategies, policies, and operational procedures, and implement improvements to optimize the use of organizational resources.
- Provide day-to-day direction, management, and performance oversight of distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives and revenue targets
- Recommend policy adjustments and commercial initiatives to achieve business goals and maximize revenue streams.
- Deliver regular performance analysis, insights, and progress reports to support management in defining the most effective business models and growth strategies across Company markets.
- Identify and evaluate key target markets and new business opportunities through innovative, data-driven research and decision-making approaches.
- Play an active role in long-term business planning, with a strong focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.
- Support the development of project scope, objectives, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain and continuously develop strong client and distributor relationships to support long-term commercial partnerships. - Design, communicate, and execute annual sales plans aligned with regional and global objectives across all product lines and PA&A.
Ensure achievement of regional unit sales targets (Retail and Wholesale) and PA&A sales value targets, while closely monitoring performance and progress. - Oversee sales policies, commercial initiatives, and programs, evaluating effectiveness and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Drive the achievement of commercial targets through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelorβs Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the Powersport or Motor Vehicle industry.
Strong capability in structuring complex business problems and defining clear, actionable solutions through strategic and innovative thinking.
Proven experience supporting cross-functional project development, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and execution approaches.
Ability to manage projects autonomously while partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive implementation and measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean or Mandarin is highly regarded.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
