Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with SMEs and mid-market companies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Key Traits

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or workforce solutions.
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strategic seller who can balance high-volume prospecting with focused selling.
