Role Description
We are seeking a business development manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage prospective SME clients, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and provide them with tailored financing solutions. This role entails market analysis, developing strategies for growth, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and expand Oxyzo's reach in the SME segment.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship building, and account management
- Proven expertise in sales, negotiations, and deal closures within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of SME business operations and credit requirements, accompanied by strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and implement growth strategies effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for performance tracking
- Result-driven attitude with a capacity for working under tight deadlines
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or lending to SMEs is highly valued
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is required. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
