Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partner Management

  • Identify and onboard new Channel Partners and Delivery Partners.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Source competitive air and ocean freight rates from vendors.
  • Provide pricing support and respond to customer queries.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market rates.

Operations & Documentation

  • Handle international air and ocean shipments end-to-end.
  • Prepare shipping documents: Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, invoices.
  • Coordinate pickup, delivery, carriers, agents, and customs brokers.
  • Support customs clearance and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Track shipments and update stakeholders.
  • Resolve shipment issues: delays, claims, returns.
