Job Description
Responsible for improving the organization's market position and achieving financial growth. Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business targets.
* Directs the planning and preparation of business proposals, and makes recommendations to senior management.
* Builds, maintains, and manages vendor and supplier relationships.
* Collaborates with team to develop proposals and/or programs that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
* Identifies trends and identifies emerging opportunities to secure and/or increase competitive position.
* Closely collaborates with St. Luke's Marketing Department and Physician Liaisons to promote and increase referrals and sales to the organization.
* Oversees a business development plan, which evaluates, analyzes, and formulates strategies for business growth.
* Initiate programs and monitor results of vendors, team members, and/or the organization's Marketing Department executing various marketing plans.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelors degree
* Experience: 4 years relevant experience (some first responder experience preferred)
* Licenses/Certifications: None
