Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and high performing Business Development Manager to join our growing team! You will be building the Customer Success & Lead Generation department from the ground‑up and will be responsible for ensuring your team meets lead targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will be creative, collaborative, and have the ability to coach and develop their team to ensure they meet potential targets while establishing and maintaining teleprospecting processes and materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer and Lead Representatives and ensure that they meet their KPIs and sales quotas
- Establish the framework for Customer Success and Lead Generation team, which includes developing training, KPIs, best practices, and department processes in order to ensure success
- Execute monthly business plan reviews with Sales Representatives and Management
