Independently responsible for agencies, developing strategies to grow and retain idols/agencies and foster strong relationships with them

Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
A strong social media presence and knowledge
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types of people
Hyper-organized and self-motivated
Experience in social networking is a plus
