Element has an exciting opportunity for a new Business Development Manager to join our growing Digital Engineering team in Bristol. We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to become the face of the business unit, with the drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, selling the full breadth of Element services.

This field-based sales role is responsible for growing Element's customer base and increasing share of wallet across assigned accounts. This is a pure sales role, with a strong focus on in-person customer engagement, account development, and revenue generation.

Our BDM will manage a defined portfolio of customers and prospects, regularly travelling to meet face-to-face, often with occasional overnight stays. The role will also support Strategic and Key Account activities, helping to shape long-term customer relationships and commercial outcomes.
