Business Development Manager

Purpose

To increase sales within the assigned territory and customer base, deliver maximum profitability by gaining additional sales of PPG CPC Industrial products through effective management and growth of existing customers. Grow market share of PPG CPC Industrial brands by winning new competitor accounts, arranging, and coordinating demonstrations, and negotiating changeover deals where possible with clients based in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ensuring that PPG meets EH&S regulations by adhering to guidelines & procedures for safe work practices & educating customers on the safe use of all PPG products.
• Increase market share through winning new competitor business.
• Achieve Monthly and annual sales targets and budgets.
• Manage and monitor debtors / Accounts receivable as per PPG accounts policy.
