CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing new client opportunities in the IT staffing space.
  • Own the top of the funnel —leverage our tools, data, and your hustle to generate new opportunities through calls, emails, and relationship‑building.
  • Consult and advise clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure clients receive exceptional service and high‑quality talent that meets their needs.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through excellent communication and service.
  • Contribute insights and market intelligence that help shape business strategy and strengthen partnerships.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of success in Information Technology (IT) staffing business development , with a proven track record of winning new clients in a hunter‑focused role.
  • You are a true hunter who thrives on cold calling, building your own book of business, and can confidently speak to the clients and accounts you’ve built .
  • You are resilient and self‑aware —you understand that great sales come with ups and downs, and you’re always learning, adjusting, and pushing forward.
  • You are creative and idea‑driven , always looking for new ways to connect with clients, open doors, and stand out in a competitive market.
  • You are competitive by nature yet collaborative at heart —you love being part of a team that wins together!
  • You are strategic, adaptable, and motivated by results , with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Must Have’s

  • 3+ years of IT staffing‑specific experience , with a history of building and managing your own book of business.
  • Proven success in a hunter‑focused role that emphasizes new logo acquisition and top‑of‑funnel activity.
  • Experience partnering closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional client delivery and customer success.
  • Deep knowledge of the current IT skill sets and technologies most in demand by leading organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible hybrid environment .
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fun, supportive, and fast‑moving team culture.
  • A solid understanding of the full sales cycle —from prospecting to closing and client management.
  • Confidence with cold calling and outbound outreach as a key part of your business development strategy.
