  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal to close

  • Track pipeline activity, client intelligence, and opportunities in CRM tools

  • Stay aware of market conditions and industry trends to position solutions effectively

  • Share insights, best practices, and wins with peers to elevate overall team performance

  • Work toward monthly and annual sales targets with accountability and urgency
  • Qualifications

  • Proven success selling B2B professional services or complex solutions

  • Unmatched prospecting ability and the discipline to build a consistent funnel

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with executive-level leaders

  • A talent for listening, reading between the lines, and uncovering unspoken challenges

  • Ethical, self-driven mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

  • Familiarity with customs, supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance is a strong asset (not mandatory)
