Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our security guarding services across Western Canada . This quota-carrying role requires a professional adept at navigating RFP processes, cultivating and managing client relationships , and maintaining an active pipeline of short- and long-term clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the security services sector or relevant experience in security operations, client service, or contract management.
