HarmonyTech is seeking a Business Development Manager and Capture Leader with a proven track record supporting federal financial regulatory agencies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, EXIM, IRS, CFPB). This is a high-impact role within a growing 8(a) small business where your efforts will directly shape strategic growth. The successful candidate will bring strong customer relationships, domain knowledge, and capture discipline to drive revenue growth in the financial regulatory market. You will manage the full capture lifecycle-identification, qualification, strategy, bid/no-bid, and proposal execution-while mentoring interns and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
