Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the commercial operations in Central & Eastern Europe to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction goals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing their execution, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering a high-performance culture and collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service teams to grow the region. This position will be responsible for the business results and the achievement of annual sales and profits targets for Central & Eastern Europe.
