CPI Security, a leader in security and automation systems is hiring a Business Development Manager for our team in our Charlotte, North Carolina market. The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business in North and South Carolina by sourcing, meeting with prospects, delivering in-person presentations, contract negotiation, and onboarding of new Builder Partners or Affinity Partners.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the sourcing and development of all new business accounts. This includes understanding the low voltage and Home Security needs for Home Builders, ability to meet weekly job orders, price negotiations, and onboarding of all new accounts.Weekly sources, new prospects by phone, email, social media sourcing, and face-to-face solicitations weekly.
