Three maverick farmers started it all — and we've been making our own way ever since. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence within the Mexican region. Your focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will produce annual account plans, analyze market trends, and assess customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans and achieve business objectives.
