Business Development Manager – Clinical Biometrics (7–8 Years)


Role Summary

Business Development professional with 7–8 years of experience selling Clinical Biometrics services to Pharma, Biotech, and CRO clients. Responsible for driving new business and account expansion across Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data & Analytics services supporting global clinical trials and regulatory submissions.


Core Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for Clinical Biometrics services
  • Sell services including:
  • Biostatistics
  • Statistical Programming (SDTM, ADaM, TLFs)
  • CDISC compliance
  • Regulatory submission support (NDA, BLA, MAA)
  • RWE / HEOR / Data Analytics (if applicable)
  • Manage the full BD lifecycle: prospecting → client discussions → RFP/RFQ → solutioning → pricing → closure
