    A successful Business Development Lead should have:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales/BD in CROs/pharmaceutical service organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving new business.
  • Executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Depth in clinical trial logistics, distribution, and packaging solutions.
