Business Development Manager

SRIKARA Training & Placement Academy is expanding and we are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive institutional business growth by building strong relationships with colleges and corporate partners. The primary objective of this role is to generate consistent business through tie-ups, campus engagements, workshops, and corporate collaborations, while achieving defined revenue targets aligned with the academy's vision and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

1) College Partnerships and Campus Business (Primary Responsibility)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, HODs, placement officers, and training coordinators
• Acquire institutional partnerships for student training programs and placement-focused courses
• Plan and execute campus activities such as seminars, workshops, orientation programs, and skill development sessions
